Refund Policy

At Fetchly, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every purchase you make with us. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your-email@fetchly.co.nz] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable digital products

Your Rights Under New Zealand Law

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of our store policy.
