How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at [your-email@fetchly.co.nz] if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?

Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes 3β7 business days. Rural addresses may take slightly longer.
How do I track my order?
