How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at [your-email@fetchly.co.nz] if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?

Where do you ship to?

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes 3–7 business days. Rural addresses may take slightly longer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
